Role Description

This role plays a central part in everything from new platform technology adoption and product roadmap development to defining the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for target markets. This position demands close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including top-tier global platform technology partners, key suppliers, internal Pre-sales and Marketing teams, and our Global/Strategic Accounts. You will be the essential bridge connecting technology, market, and business success.

Qualifications

Required:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field is preferred.

Experience: 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years in Product Management (PM), Technical Marketing (TMM), or Pre-sales roles related to servers, storage, or networking.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of server hardware architecture (x86/ARM), key components (CPU, GPU, memory, networking), and the surrounding technology ecosystem.

Strategic Mindset: Proven ability in market analysis, product positioning, and long-term strategic planning.

Communication: Exceptional cross-functional communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Ability to effectively engage with both internal teams and external partners/customers.

Language: Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential for communicating with global partners and customers.

Preferred:

Prior experience in product planning or management at a server OEM/ODM company.

Familiarity with market trends and applications for Cloud Service Providers (CSP), AI/ML, HPC, or Edge Computing.

Demonstrated experience working directly with Global Accounts or Strategic Accounts.

A background in Pre-sales or Field Application Engineering (FAE) with a deep understanding of customer technical requirements
