1. Collaborate with sales teams to gather customer issues, conduct needs assessments, provide consultations, and deliver product demonstrations.
2. Collect competitor battle cards, perform market competition analysis, and participate in promotional activities.
3. Support sales and distributor personnel with foundational training in product knowledge.
4. Lead ASUS solution projects for the Commercial BU, and solution product lines responsible for developing software solutions for our global customers.
5. Define the project strategic values and tactical priorities for the addressable market and ensure solution plans reflect both headquarter GTM and branch marketing, communications & sales learning priorities.
6. Partner with stakeholders to define play strategy: target audience, key messages, offering focus, and required contents.
7. Assess the financial opportunity of promising new solution elements (products) and develops prioritization recommendations for business leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of a broad range of solution development activities, disciplines, and tactics
Self-motivated, can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership for processes
Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
Detail-oriented, logically, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Team player mentality and positive, can do attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
PMP or ACP certification is a plus
