Lead engineering, service and technical support organization to resolve all customer issues ensuring operational excellence in post-sales system and technology deployments
Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure product roadmap is competitive in the market
Ensure customer overall satisfaction, collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve issues or concerns in a timely manner
Familiar with Linux, Kernel, ESXi and K8S environment may include but not limited to installation, debug and trouble shooting.
Qualifications
Bachelor in engineering, business, or with equivalent experiences; Master's degree is highly preferable
8+ years of track record of product planning, communication and engineering exp.
In-depth knowledge in system/storage/solution products with strong business acumen to penetrate and develop new business opportunities
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to collaborate, influence and develop complex relationship with both internal teams and external clients
Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals
Serve as the technical leader to provide market and technology insights
