This role acts as a key solution business enabler, partnering closely with the sales team to drive service and solution adoption. You will support the salesforce throughout the sales process, consult customers on their business challenges, and ensure successful implementation, usage, and retention of Hilti solutions.
What You'll do
Train and enable the assigned territory's salesforce on solution offerings and the end-to-end sales process
Act as the first point of contact for salesforce inquiries related to solution business
Work closely with Sales Managers to drive solution business growth and increase the share of service sales
Support the sales process step by step, from customer engagement to solution implementation
Conduct on-site customer analysis, gather and document customer insights to deeply understand customer business challenges and needs
Consult customers based on their individual needs and deliver measurable business results
Advise customers on how to set up and effectively use Hilti solutions
Train end users on the use of relevant software and hardware solutions
Coordinate and drive collaboration with internal and external partners, support after-sales care when needed, and retain customers on Hilti services
Plan and participate in internal and external events to increase awareness and visibility of Hilti services
What You'll Bring
At least 3 years of experience in consultative selling, sales, or customer service with proven success
Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify business opportunities through customer interaction
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, particularly in explaining workflows and solutions
Comfortable working in construction site environments
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset
Self-motivated with a strong winning mindset and can-do attitude
Team player with strong customer orientation and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
Tech-savvy, with good knowledge of computer programs and mobile applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
High proficiency in spoken Taiwanese; fluency in written and spoken English is a plus
