Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in industrial automation, smart manufacturing, and sustainable facility management. This role is critical in shaping and delivering integrated solutions involving MES, IIoT, predictive maintenance, facility management & control solution and smart energy systems. You will collaborate across sales, engineering, and customer teams to understand complex requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure alignment with our digital and sustainability strategies. Experience in electronics assembly, PCB manufacturing, semiconductor, or similar industries is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities 1. Drive customer engagement and lead technical discussions on smart manufacturing and facility automation solutions. 2. Work with presales and engineering teams to develop integrated, scalable, and ESG-aligned solutions. 3. Define regional and industry-specific strategies to expand adoption of automation, predictive maintenance, and energy optimization. 4. Support Sales by preparing technical proposals, presentations, and solution documentation. 5. Translate customer needs into clear technical architectures that support digital transformation goals. 6. Guide end-to-end solution design, integrating MES, IIoT, analytics, and facility management platforms. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders. 8. Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies in smart manufacturing and ESG. 9. Lead cross-functional teams in proposal development and project planning. Qualifications 1.15+ years of experience in industrial automation, smart manufacturing, or facility management with ESG integration. 2.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, factory automation systems, MES, IIoT, and energy management platforms. 3.Cross-disciplinary knowledge in software, electrical, and mechanical engineering as applied to manufacturing environments. 4.Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. 5.Track record of designing solutions that drive operational efficiency and sustainability. 6.Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field certifications in smart manufacturing, IIoT, or ESG are a plus.
