Manage BMC feature development progress to meet both customer requirements and company's goal
Understand the actual scope of BMC features and collaborate with the Product Manager and colleagues to define the BMC web UI/UX and related product requirements.
Understand the specific BMC feature requirements and work with software developers to create wireframes, mockups, and user flows.
Track industry trends, standards, and be capable of make the competitive analysis on the specific BMC feature
Develop high quality product collateral including user guides, white papers, social media, video, presentations, etc.
Develop training material for customer and internal trainings as required
Qualifications
Preference on bachelor's degree in EE, CS, CE-related or equivalent practical experience
Experience in developing technical specification or documentation
Effective written and communication skills in English
Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor
Experience in technical support service to customer
