We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Software Manager to lead a 15member software development team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent crossfunctional communication skills, and hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. The ideal candidate will also drive AI technology adoption within our product development environment to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a software development team of approximately 15 engineers.
- Foster a highperformance culture through coaching, regular feedback, and team development.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Coordinate and communicate with crossdepartment stakeholders to plan and execute software component updates and releases.
- Ensure smooth integration and alignment between software development and other functional teams.
- Project Planning Tracking
- Assign tasks, allocate resources, and monitor development progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and manage software development activities using structured workflows.
- JIRA Confluence Expertise
- Utilize JIRA Tickets for task assignment, status tracking, and project monitoring.
- Maintain documentation and project knowledge using Confluence, ensuring transparency and accessibility.
- AI Integration Development
- Lead initiatives for AI application development and integrate AI technologies into the existing product development environment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency through AIdriven solutions across the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience managing software teams and largescale software projects.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and modern software development processes.
- Experience with AI technologies or AIassisted development workflows is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, problemsolving, and organizational skills.
- Familiar with Python, JavaScript, Vue frontend and REST API
