Overview
The Strategic Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned to a territory, the Strategic Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The Strategic Account Manager represents the entire range of Exensio Application Group (EAG) products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers needs and expectations are met by the company. The Strategic Account Manager reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients for PDFS software applications (Exensio Test / Exensio Yield).
- Collect client's questions and requirements; analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct software testing and validation to ensure application robustness and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, sales, service) to ensure successful software integration and deployment.
- Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth product adoption.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows Server (2022 or later) and Linux, including basic network setup and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using Oracle SQL and/or SQL Server capable of writing and executing SQL queries for data extraction and verification.
- Experience in programming or scripting, with the ability to understand, modify, or develop automation scripts or small software modules.

- Strong client-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of supporting global or regionally dispersed clients.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple open issues, and drive them to resolution.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new software tools and environments, and proactive in staying current with relevant technologies.
- Prior experience in ATE/test program generation/test automation is a strong plus.
Pay Range
TWD $2,000,000.00 - TWD $3,000,000.00 /Yr.
