Data Quality & Observability Delivery (Hands

• ‑On)Design, build, and maintain data quality rules, checks, and controls across critical data pipelines and doma
• ins.Lead implementation and expansion of data observability capabilities, including monitoring, alerting, and issue tri
• age.Partner with engineering and platform teams to embed data quality and observability into pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and CI/CD proces

ations
Required Experience & Edu

• cation:11 - 15 years of experience in data management, data analysis, data profiling, and statistical tech
• niques.5 Years of experience managing the Data engineering
• teams.Must have a thorough understanding of concepts of Data
• QualityHands-on-experience with Data Quality tool is
• a must.Strong understanding of Collibra DI views, glossary hierarchies, and governance wor
• kflows.Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, Pyspark, including automation, data processing, and script optimi
• zation.Must be proficient in writing Advanced SQL queries going against multiple dat
• abases.Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics ecos
• ystems.Proven ability to balance technical contribution with people lead
