Position: Software Engineer

Essential KeyTechnical Requirement:

• 09+ years of experience in application support, release management, deployment and software delivery within enterprise-scale environments.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex application releases deployment and coordinating cross-functional teams across development, testing, and production environments.
• Working experience and practical knowledge of release/deployment OR DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation for 3+ years.
• 5+ years total Banking working experience is mandatory.
• Prior working experience in SG local bank(s) is mandatory (at least 1+ year)
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Aldon tool.
• Good understanding of Local Bank's release management processes and governance standards.
• Experience managing releases across multiple environments and applications.
• Familiarity with source control, build, and deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git).
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and change management processes.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in banking or financial services environments is an advantage.
