Role Summary

This is primarily a software development role focused on Python, modern web technologies, and Go. You will develop and integrate software components that interact with OpenBMC, Redfish, REST APIs, telemetry services, and system firmware interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components using Python, Go, and modern web technologies.
• Develop and integrate platform-management capabilities using OpenBMC, Redfish, and REST APIs.
• Build and maintain interfaces that connect software services with system firmware and hardware-management components.
• Develop telemetry services that collect, process, and expose platform-management data.
• Troubleshoot software integration issues across applications, management services, and firmware interfaces.
• Create maintainable technical documentation for software components, APIs, interfaces, and integration workflows.
• Collaborate with firmware, platform, validation, and other engineering teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, defect resolution, and software quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle.
  
  

Skills Experience

Must-have

• 5 years of working experience.
• Hands-on software development experience using Python.
• Software development experience using Go.
• Experience developing or integrating REST APIs.
• Knowledge of or experience with OpenBMC, Redfish, telemetry services, or related platform-management technologies.
• Understanding of software integration with system firmware interfaces.
