What You'll Achieve
As a Software Engineer on the TDC Solution team, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and features for Dell's AI and Solutions hyperconverged infrastructure platform.
You will work closely with senior engineers and crossfunctional teams to translate requirements into clear and welldefined technical approaches, and leverage AIassisted development tools to improve implementation efficiency, code quality, and system reliabilitywhile building strong engineering fundamentals and judgment.
You will:
- Software Development
- Implement software features and components based on defined technical approaches and designs.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components, APIs, and services.
- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and maintainability.
- AIAssisted Engineering
- Use AIenabled tools to support coding, refactoring, debugging, and test development.
- Follow established workflows when using tooling or automation, and validate results for correctness and quality.
- Make improvements to toolassisted outputs under guidance from senior engineers.
- Problem Solving & Debugging
- Troubleshoot software issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Use available analysis tools, including AIassisted techniques, to support investigation and resolution of issues.
- Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with engineers, and product teams to deliver features on time with acceptable quality.
- Actively learn and adopt modern engineering practices, tooling, and AIassisted workflows.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience (05 years).
- Good coding experience with Python and/or Golang on Unix/Linux/BSD environments.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to work from defined designs or technical guidance and implement solutions with acceptable quality.
- Experience using development tools or automation, including AIassisted tools, to support coding or debugging tasks.
- Willingness to learn how modern tooling and AIassisted workflows are used in a production software environment.
- Able to execute assigned tasks on time with acceptable quality.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Desirable Requirements
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as VMware VCP or AWS Certified Developer, are a plus
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub CI/CD) is a plus
