About The Job
As a Software Engineer in the Customer Applications Engineering team, you will work closely with customers to understand their technical needs, develop embedded software for short-range wireless technologies, and provide expert-level support across markets. You'll test, document, and deliver solutions, train and support Nordic APAC Field Application Engineers, and collaborate with sales teams while sharing insights with product management and R&D to shape future improvements. We seek candidates with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, strong experience in embedded systems and wireless technologies, proficiency in C programming, and fluency in English. Success in this role requires outstanding communication skills, a collaborative mindset, problem-solving agility, and a strong customer focus in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
will include, but not be limited to:
- Work closely with customers to understand their applications, use cases, and technical requirements.
- Develop embedded software solutions around short range wireless technologies
- Provide expert-level technical support to key customers and broad markets.
- Test, document and deliver solutions internally or to customers
- Train & support Nordic APAC Field Application Engineers
- Provide feedback to product management and R&D for future product improvements based on customer insights.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Key Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar, or B.Sc. with relevant experience
- Experience with embedded systems and wireless technologies
- Experience with software development in C
- Software architecture, design, development and testing experience
- Local language and strong/fluent written and spoken English
