We are seeking a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in programming and software engineering principles.
Responsibilities

- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Must-have:
- 2–5+ years RPA/automation development experience
- Strong UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate experience
- Strong Python skills if using Python as one of the automation stacks
- Experience with queue-based RPA / Orchestrator
- Experience with web automation
- Understanding of API integration
- Strong exception handling and logging
- Experience designing Dispatcher/Performer or similar scalable automation architecture
- Good SQL/data-processing knowledge
- Ability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams
Good-to-have:
- Healthcare/RCM automation experience
- CMS/NPPES experience
- OCR/document understanding
- SharePoint integration
- PDF generation
- High-volume automation experience
- Experience handling PHI-sensitive data
