We're searching for a creative powerhouse + analytics ace with strong Japanese language skills to take full ownership of our social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), and beyond. You'll craft the voice of our Forex brandmaking currency markets feel accessible, exciting, and trustworthy - while boosting brand visibility, sparking genuine interactions, and driving real business momentum, with a key focus on engaging Japanese-speaking audiences and APAC regions.

What You'll Own & Drive

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and launch bold social media strategies aligned with our Forex business goals and innovative positioning, including tailored approaches for Japanese and APAC markets
  • Build dynamic content calendars and optimized posting schedules to stay consistent and ahead of trends across regions
  • Track industry shifts, competitor moves, platform updates, forex market pulses, and Japan-specific trends to refine our approach
  • Establish and monitor key KPIsgrowth, engagement, sentiment, conversionsand turn data into strategic wins

Content Creation & Management

  • Produce compelling, high-quality content: sharp copy, stunning graphics, short videos, Reels/Stories, carousels, and morein both English and Japanese where needed
  • Collaborate tightly with design, marketing, product, and compliance teams to keep everything on-brand, regulator-friendly, and culturally relevant for Japanese audiences
  • Create platform-tailored magicthought leadership on LinkedIn, visual storytelling on Instagram, real-time buzz on Xwith localization for maximum impact in Japan/APAC
  • Curate and amplify user-generated content, repurpose successes, and maintain an authentic, professional yet approachable brand voice across languages

Community Management

  • Engage daily: respond promptly, thoughtfully, and professionally to comments, DMs, and mentionsin Japanese and English as appropriate
  • Nurture vibrant online communities, transforming followers into loyal advocates and brand champions, with special emphasis on Japanese-speaking traders
  • Identify and partner with influencers, key opinion leaders, and active traders in the forex space, particularly in Japan and APAC
  • Manage sensitive situations with calm crisis communication and proper escalation

Analytics & Optimization

  • Dive into performance data: track what's working, spot opportunities (including regional differences), and iterate quickly
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, creatives, and timing to continuously boost engagement and ROI across markets
  • Deliver clear, actionable monthly reports with insights and recommendations that shape decisions
  • Leverage social listening to monitor brand sentiment, market conversations, and emerging trends in Japan and globally

Campaign Execution

  • Lead social efforts for major moments: product launches, market events, seasonal promotions, trading challengeswith localized execution for Japanese audiences
  • Partner with paid media teams to amplify organic reach through targeted paid boosts, including Japan/APAC-specific targeting
  • Integrate social into broader marketing initiatives and support employer branding/recruitment campaigns

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on social media management (strong preference for fintech, Forex, financial services, or high-engagement B2C brands)
  • Proven track record of growing accounts: impressive follower gains, engagement surges, and measurable business impact
  • Exceptional copywriting skillsseamlessly adapt tone for different platforms and audiences (from seasoned traders to newcomers)
  • Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc
  • Solid experience in social media analytics and reporting (platform insights + tools like Google Analytics or listening platforms)
  • Understanding of paid social fundamentals, SEO/content synergies, and strong project management
  • Creative mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Business-level or native Japanese proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)essential for creating localized content, engaging Japanese communities, and understanding cultural nuances in APAC markets
