Social Media Manager

We're hiring a Social Media Manager for a fast-growing fintech client. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role for someone who lives and breathes social .

You'll own organic end to end, from idea to post to community reply.

What you'll do

• Own organic social end to end across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, and Reddit daily posting and active community management
• Create your own content: shoot and edit short-form video yourself, no designer dependency
• Lead with raw, trend-led content over polished, overly-branded work
• Build and run creator, affiliate, and influencer programmes, plus UGC
• Own both the strategy and the execution — you set the direction and you do the work

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in social media, content, or community roles
• A proven hands-on content creator your camera roll and edits do the talking
• Comfortable across all the platforms above, with a real feel for what works on each
• Experience (or genuine interest) in creator/affiliate/influencer programmes and UGC; your own following is a plus
• Open background: agency, in-house, or freelance — we care about what you've made, not where you sat
