At AIFIAN, we're looking for a Social Media Creative Lead who owns the brand's presence across every platform and brings real creative energy to the co-branded events that drive our business forward. Day-to-day, you'll run our social channels with a strong point of view, sharp copy, and content that actually earns attention. When a partnership event comes together, you're the one who makes it worth talking about. You turn a corporate collaboration into a moment people remember and share.
We're a small team, which means you need to be both the ideas person and the one who ships. If you've spent a few years in an agency or on a brand side, have strong instincts for what works on social, and want your creative decisions to have real business impact, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
- Own AIFIAN's social presence across IG, FB, Threads, and LINE. Drive content strategy, write copy, develop short-form video scripts, and keep the brand voice consistent and alive across every platform.
- Produce social creative independently with a strong aesthetic eye and a high bar for visual quality.
- Run paid social end-to-end on Meta, including audience targeting, creative A/B testing, and performance analysis, using high-quality creative to improve efficiency and drive conversions.
- Lead the creative development for co-branded partnership events, shaping the content and visual direction to maximize reach, shareability, and brand impact.
- Stay ahead of global social trends, meme culture, and cultural moments, pulling first-hand inspiration from Reddit, X, and TikTok before it hits the mainstream.

What We Look For
- 3+ years in social media, content, or digital marketing, with agency experience a strong plus. You know how to build brand momentum and make an event worth covering.
- Sharp social instincts. You understand what content resonates on which platform and when to move on a trend.
- Ability to produce social creative independently with a strong aesthetic eye and a high bar for visual quality.
- Experience developing event concepts, taking a partnership brief and turning it into a campaign that earns attention beyond the room.
- Hands-on experience running Meta ad campaigns independently, from audience setup to creative testing and performance reporting.
- Strong English reading ability, comfortable absorbing international social trends, tech news, and first-hand meme culture directly from the source.
- A portfolio submitted at interview, featuring work you personally led with real performance data attached.
Good to Have
- End-to-end short-form video production: scripting, filming, and editing using CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
- A genuine feel for meme culture and real-time trends, with a track record of moving fast when a cultural moment hits.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like Google AI Studio to accelerate creative ideation, copywriting, or content prototyping. Candidates who use AI as a creative accelerator will be prioritized.
