Busy Bees Asia, with 900+ centres worldwide, is looking for a Social Media & Content Executive (1-Year Contract for Services) to bring our brand stories to life across digital platforms.

If you love ideating, filming, editing, spotting trends, and crafting meaningful content that resonates with families — this role is your creative playground.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars
• Create engaging posts, videos, stories, and visuals aligned with our brand
• Capture authentic moments from centres and events
• Support campaigns that spotlight teachers, learning experiences, and parent stories
• Identify and adapt relevant social trends for early childhood audiences
• Track performance and optimise content for reach and engagement
• Manage online community interactions professionally and warmly
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Centre teams

What You Bring

• 1–3 years experience in social media or content creation
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Hands-on content creator comfortable with filming and editing
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Creative eye for visuals and messaging
• Basic understanding of content metrics
• Proactive, collaborative, and purpose-driven
