Role Description

The Social Media Assistant (Cycling, Baseball, Racquet) will be responsible for creating and managing content across various social media platforms, implementing social media marketing strategies, and maintaining the online presence of the brand. Daily tasks include content planning, post scheduling, engaging with the audience, and analyzing social media performance metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei, requiring collaboration with the team to represent the brand authentically and innovatively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
• Experience in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing to craft and execute compelling campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media platform management to effectively handle posting, analytics, and audience engagement.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Passion for cycling, sports, or outdoor activities is a significant advantage.
• Experience with analytics tools and creative software is a plus.
