SOC Design Engineer (Low Power direction)-Data (Beijing)

1. Design SOC Low Power related systems/modules according to the overall chip design requirements 2. According to the design plan, complete the relevant Low Power related SYS/IP implementation/integration, and SOC delivery 3. According to the design plan, complete the implementation and delivery of Power Tree/Udf/Power Sim/Power Correlation 4. Support Low Power related software/hardware/verification/DFT/physical design work 5. Participate in chip testing and debugging.

1. 3 years or more of hardware experience, electronics, microelectronics, computer and other related majors 2. Familiar with Low Power related theories and design/implementation methods 3. Have certain experience in Low Power design/implementation/delivery 4. Work seriously and responsibly, with good communication and learning skills, strong English reading and writing skills, and good teamwork spirit 5. Have experience in ultra-large-scale chip Low Applicants with experience in Power design are preferred 6. Applicants with experience in high-performance CPU Low Power design are preferred.
