Responsibilities
- Process trade finance transactions, including letters of credit (LC) issuance and amendments, import/export document checking, and bills processing and settlements
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions in compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk control standards
- Provide support for end-to-end trade finance operations, contributing to the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients
Requirements
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in trade finance operations or a related field
- Basic to good knowledge of trade finance products (e.g. LC, Bills, Guarantees)
- Familiarity with UCP600 / ISBP is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good awareness of operational risk and control requirements
- Proficient in using relevant trade finance systems and applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
- Thorough understanding of trade finance regulations and compliance requirements
