Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability for the Treasures Onshore segment within the Consumer Banking Group
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the Treasures Onshore client base and deepen existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative products, services, and solutions that cater to the unique needs of Treasures Onshore clients
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Consumer Banking Group by sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving business development and client acquisition initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of shared goals
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools to support business development activities
