Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability for the Treasures segment within the Consumer Banking Group
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the Treasures customer base and deepen existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative products, services, and initiatives that cater to the unique needs of Treasures clients
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and guide the development of targeted sales and marketing strategies
  • Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to support the Treasures business, contributing to the overall success of the Consumer Banking Group

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development, relationship management, or sales role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and growing a customer portfolio
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
