Responsibilities
- Take up various projects assigned to ensure project being delivered on time with quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer-centric initiatives and drive business implementation on time with quality
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership to support the development of innovative solutions that cater to the evolving needs of the target customer segment
- Assist customer segment to drive key initiatives across all customer segment and co-work with internal and external parties where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Marketing
- Experience in private banking, retail banking and/or finacial industry are preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in customer segmentation and proposition
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of business initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and drive data-driven decision-making
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
