Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand the business requirements of the Consumer Banking division, particularly in the areas of technology and digital solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and subject matter experts, to design and implement effective solutions
- Identify and document business processes, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to ensure the delivered solutions meet the business needs
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, and recommend enhancements or optimizations
- Provide support and training to end-users, and serve as a subject matter expert for the business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
