Smart Home After-Sales & Inventory Executive

About the role

We fit out homes across Singapore with smart lighting, switches, curtains, aircon control, locks and security. Once a system is handed over, this role owns the client.

You take the enquiry, work out what's actually wrong - usually over the phone - and decide the right response: talk them through it, send a technician, or raise a warranty claim. You'll also run the stock, so the install team never turns up to a site missing a part.

You need a hands-on background for this, but not because you'll be on the tools all day. You need it because you can't diagnose a fault over the phone if you've never fixed one.

After-sales

• Receive and triage client enquiries and reported faults

• Diagnose remotely and decide the response - walk them through it via video call or book a technician

• Coordinate warranty claims, replacements and repairs with our technicians and suppliers

• Keep proper service and fault records for every client

• Attend site yourself when the team is stretched - switch and driver replacement, reconfiguration, on-site troubleshooting

Inventory

• Monitor stock levels against the project pipeline and forecast what's coming

• Raise purchase and replenishment requests before things run out

• Receive and verify incoming goods against orders and delivery documents

• Prepare and issue stock to each project

• Run periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

What we're looking for

• Good command of language

• Hands-on service or electrical background - enough to diagnose a fault down the phone

• Organised. You'll be running stock against a live pipeline, and a missed reorder stops a site

• Good with clients in their homes, including the unhappy ones

• Class 3 licence, and willing to attend site when we're short-handed

• Comfortable in Excel
