Job Responsibility

  • Support business strategy flow down into site PMO/decision board coordination and prioritization, execution of operation excellence to create business value-added, under Qnity foundation and business values disciplinarily.
  • Support Plant manager decision-making process as key coordinator to align resources among Production, Quality, Continuous Improvement Engineering, Manufacture Technology, Facility & Equipment, and EHS, from priority to project execution until project close, END-TO-END.
  • Lead implementation projects to eliminate shop floor non-value-added activities, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., 5S, VSM, Standard Work) to streamline processes.
  • Facilitate shop floor engagement and Point Kaizen activities, including campaign promotion, submission tracking, review processes, and reward program management.
  • Partner with operations leaders to organize continuous improvement initiatives, including driving the Operational Excellence (OpEx) Implementation.
  • Keep operational leaders updated on corporate OpEx best practices and innovations, integrating relevant methods into local processes and aligning PMO initiatives with strategic business goals.
  • Potentially to be an operational excellence leader and production leader after a few years proven successful records on the shopfloor execution.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • At least 7 years of manufacturing experience, with strong shopfloor leadership, hands-on operational involvement, and a solid record of delivering process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, PMO, Operational Excellence, and Production Management, with extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across global teams and stakeholders.
  • Be Flexible, resilient, Be logical, problem solving, Be influencing by project mgt skills, Be data analyzed with Concluded, Self-driven with goal oriented.
  • Green Belt, Black Belt, or any Lean and Six Sigma Equivalent Certification is a plus.
