About the jobBe part of a team that pushes boundaries, developing custom silicon solutions that power the future of Google's direct-to-consumer products. You'll contribute to the innovation behind products loved by millions worldwide. Your expertise will shape the next generation of hardware experiences, delivering unparalleled performance, efficiency, and integration.
Responsibilities
- Drive operations across all manufacturing programs (e.g., Chip Probe, Final Test, SLT, Burn-In) to drive resolution of capacity and quality issues, focus on time supply deliveries and manufacturing optimization to improve cycle time, quality and cost across the flow.
- Translate demand forecasts into plans, drive readiness and capacity among all external manufacturing suppliers, including the Foundry, OSATs, and test equipment vendors.
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools to monitor trends, identify impacts to delivery schedules (quantity/quality), resolve issues with OSATs, and establish robust infrastructure/processes to ensure problem recurrence is avoided.
- Track real-time product health and work in progress (WIP) reports against critical performance metrics to drive continual improvements in quality, schedule, and cost.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to validate planning, ensure SoC manufacturing execution, and capacity meets business objectives.
