Signal Integrity Engineer

About the Role

Seeking a Signal / Power Integrity Engineer to perform SI/PI analysis, simulation, measurement correlation and lab validation for high‑speed SerDes interfaces on server products. The role covers stackup/PCB material selection, PDN analysis, VNA‑based qualification testing, and hands‑on debugging and probing in the lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high‑speed SerDes interface signal integrity (SI) and power delivery (PI/PDN) analysis.
• Perform SI and power delivery simulations and correlate simulation results with lab measurements.
• Execute signal‑integrity measurements and tool‑based measurement correlation.
• Design PCB stackups and select PCB materials and copper foils.
• Lead PCB qualification testing using Vector Network Analyzer (VNA).
• Debug and perform lab work (probing, measurements) using instruments for server product validation.

Preferred

• Familiarity with signal and power integrity issues for high‑speed serial interfaces (SerDes).
• Experience with simulation tools such as Ansys HFSS / SIwave, Keysight ADS, Cadence Sigrity / PowerDC.
• Hands‑on experience with DC IR‑drop and PDN analysis.
• Practical experience with lab equipment: VNA, TDR, real‑time oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.
• Strong communication skills.
