Job Description
- Track, monitor, and understand content performance through insights and analytics
- Monitor latest market trends, user feedback, and research on competitive landscape
- Provide support and ensure end-to-end implementation of initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and troubleshoot when required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as the Business Intelligence, Marketing and Business Development as required
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Occasionally curate and manage content for Shopee's official video account, ensuring alignment with video guidelines, consistency in tone of voice, and overall content quality
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in marketing/communications or related field
- Interest in content creation and/ or product marketing
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage expectations
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of project and an openness to taking on new projects
- Positive working attitude and a strong team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
