Job Description
- Performance Monitoring & Analytical Insight: Actively track and optimize key performance metrics (e.g., A1, ADO, and CIR) for short-tailed affiliates. Conduct root cause analysis by formulating hypotheses to explain fluctuations and identifying actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
- Financial Forecasting & Cost Management: Leverage historical data and strategic assumptions to project future performance and estimated expenditures, enabling the business to maintain rigorous cost control and budgetary efficiency.
- Strategic Planning & Incentive Execution: Design and execute affiliate incentive programs aimed at achieving corporate objectives, including securing a stable A1 supply, fostering deep-tier partnerships, and exploring untapped market opportunities.
Business Impact Operational Excellence & Efficiency: Drives profitability by transforming raw affiliate data into precise performance optimizations and cost-management models (A1/ADO/CIR), ensuring high-yield resource allocation.
