Shipping Specialist
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative tasks related to import and export customs declaration, and compiling and preparing customs declaration documents.
- Process and review data and documents for import and export customs declarations.
- Contact the customs broker to confirm delivery dates and handle other liaison matters.
- Work related to bonded accounting.
- Matters assigned by supervisors.
Key Competencies Required
- Five or more years of shipping experiences.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Have a good motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as in group settings.
- Computer literacy, in particular MS Office and SAP MRP system.
