SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) Manager

Translate global, regional, and OpCo priorities into Health &Safety strategies, develop a governance framework to ensure compliance to standards and develop and enforce OpCo specific policies and procedures and oversee all reporting.

Represent H&S function in OpCo MT, providing updates, trend analysis and propose improvements and progress on targets and programs.

Design, deploy, and drive progress on Health & Safety programs based on regional and global guidance. Programs (such as Telematics, Culture Assessment, Behavior-Based Safety), analyse findings, and support the development of actionable plans based on these analyses.

Drive risk management to reduce risk levels, implement control measures, lead risk management efforts, and ensure continuous improvement.

Lead investigations for medium to high-severity incidents, track action closure rates, and provide support and guidance to site H&S managers to enhance their effectiveness and compliance and promote a learning organization by creating and delivering training programs and facilitating workshops.

Shape and promote generative health and safety culture, coach leaders, advise management on informed safety decision-making, and inspire functional ownership at all levels.

Emphasize self-development: stay updated with health and safety developments both internally and externally, including practices, theories, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
