To maintain, develop and implement human resources programs and policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute to the development of corporate HR policies.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, selecting and interviewing program counseling managers on candidate selection conducting and analyzing exit interviews recommending changes.
Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system keeping past and current records.
Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
Administer HR functions - Payroll Administration and Management, Benefit and Compensation, Performance Management, Competency Building/Mapping etc.
Serve as resource in handling employee issues and assist them in counseling employees, conducting evaluations, staff training and problem solving.
Serve as a resource for all departments by being available and accessible to discuss all human resource related issues.
Oversee the organizational Training and Development function and develop employee training programs
Oversee the Admin department, to plan, direct or coordinating supportive services of an organization, such as record keeping, data processing, security, recycling, mail distribution, ordering of office supplies, pantry items and other office support services and to ensure proper functioning and support to all level of staffs with admin related issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by Top Management.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources
Previous experience as HR Manager, at least 5 years and above and has experience in managing a HR team
Experience with HR systems, databases, and metrics
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
