Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Service Sales Account Manager with a strong background in techno-commercial sales (a specialized B2B sales approach that bridges the gap between complex technical products and bottom-line business value.). The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years of relevant experience and will be responsible for driving revenue growth across assigned geographies and named accounts. (will cover which area, how many account)(8 years in doing sales/sales support or combine)

This role demands a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively bridge the gap between service offerings and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate and grow revenue from assigned geographical territories and named key accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and aligning service solutions accordingly.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
  8. Maintain CRM data and ensure timely reporting and follow-ups.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high level of service satisfaction and identification of potential new business opportunities. (Hunter and farmer role both)
  2. Identify sales prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service product offered.
  3. Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to provide consultative advice to sales prospects to achieve sales objectives.
  4. Manage daily sales-oriented activities such as sales discussion, presentation, order bookings, and other documentation.
  5. Utilization of CRM for updating the funnel and reporting.
  6. Timely respond to calls/emails.

Requirements

  1. Able to travel (30%). Or 50%
  2. Bachelor of Science Degree, ideally to have experience in the Life Sciences and/or Chemical Analysis industry. (Must haveSPM /Diplomano)
  3. Minimum 8 years sales account management experience. (sales/account management After sales also can) experience in services sales,
  4. Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills both spoken and written (English and Malay).
  5. Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  6. Energetic and independent individual, driven to achieve results and able to interpret customers- needs and work to meet those needs.
  7. Enjoy working in a customer-facing environment.
  8. Strong understanding of sales strategies and account management.
  9. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  10. Must be a team player.
