Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform for IT Service Management (ITSM) and automation of business processes.
- Support and maintain ServiceNow modules including Incidents, Changes, Problems, and Agent Chat across the organization.
- Develop integrations with internal and external systems using both out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom implementations, leveraging REST APIs, JavaScript, and GlideAjax.
- Lead Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM) implementations.
- Custom application development on the ServiceNow platform by identifying and translating business and IT requirements.
- Provide expertise in scripting and workflows to streamline business processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow in ITSM, Integrations, ITAM, and ITOM.
- Strong scripting skills with expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNows GlideAjax.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Flow Designer Micro-Certification.
- Experience in supporting HAM and SAM implementations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
