Job Description

. Core responsibilities

o Assist inconfiguring and customizing ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change,Service Catalog).

o Supportintegrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

o Writeand maintain basic scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UIPolicies).

o Participate intesting, debugging, and documentation.

o Provide usersupport and resolve minor issues.

. Required skills

Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, custom applications, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration.
Experience working across multiple ServiceNow modules and handling complex technical requirements.
CSA/CAD or relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
