Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support ServiceNow applications that enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow platform including workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Perform system upgrades and maintain ServiceNow instances ensuring best practices are followed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow development and integrations.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and modules.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Studio, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
• Ability to write scripts and configure workflows in ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
