ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using the Servicenow platform
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and release notes
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug issues with existing solutions
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay current with Servicenow best practices and new features

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Servicenow development
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development principles
• Experience with the ServiceNow API and integration technologies
• Experience with the Servicenow platform, including the ServiceNow Studio and Service Portal
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the Servicenow ITOM (IT Operations Management) suite
• Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and MID Server
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Mocha
