Responsible for establishing survey and inspection programs. Maximizes the utilization of maintenance resources, responsible for spare part strategy. Ensures warranty issues are resolved. Participates in the preparation of the maintenance budget, providing cost estimates for the projects; monitors costs against budget. Supports turnaround activities; assists in development of critical path plans and budgets. Provides information for weekly and monthly reporting requirements. Ongoing communication with operations management and procurement staff.
