Uber Taiwan is looking for detail-oriented Team Lead to join our Payment Compliance team. The team is a part of our Uber Taiwan Payments processing and provides support to allow Uber to adhere to Anti Money Laundering/Counter Financing Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations for all partners in Taiwan. In this role, you will perform reviews on the TM and SS processes on Uber's partners to verify their identity and payment profiles.
What You Will Be Doing
Manage team performance and drive results

Partner with Recruiting team on hiring
Functional knowledge of are leading and act as a subject matter expert
Spend percentage of time process work in functional area
Address and resolve escalations
Maintain stakeholder relationships
Drive accountability on policies and other guidelines
Support project work and improvements on processes
Oversee AML audits or investigations and make recommendations to relevant clients
Manage data and root cause analysis, recommending corrective and preventive measures
Present trends, insights, defects, and improvements to business leaders at an audit level or in calibration meetings
