Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the strategic operation of Douyin e-commerce after-sales rights and interests, such as freight insurance, seven-day no-reason returns, etc. Through after-sales data analysis and problem insights, continue to improve the expression, rules and strategies of rights and interests, and be responsible for the after-sales satisfaction and related indicators of rights and interests 2. Responsible for the horizontal management of service rights and interests, including various service rights and interests involved in consumer shopping such as product quality/after-sales service/delivery and fulfillment, measuring the business value of service rights and interests, managing the service experience of rights and interests, and being responsible for the long-term quality of service rights and interests 3. Research and build a key indicator system that can support the management of service rights and interests, and continue to clarify the quality status of rights and interests through data monitoring and insight 4. By building online product diagnosis capabilities, locate specific issues in rights expression and contract performance, promote problem improvement, monitor benefits, and accumulate corresponding methodologies 5. Explore new practical forms of service rights and interests on e-commerce platforms and complete value assessment.
Qualifications
1. Candidates with a working background in after-sales experience operation, service rights operation, after-sales product operation, etc. are preferred 2. Have strong project management capabilities, resource coordination capabilities and mechanism design capabilities 3. Have strong data analysis thinking and be able to find business breakthroughs through data have strong information processing capabilities and be good at identifying existing mechanism problems and optimization points 4. Have strong self-driving force, logical thinking ability and communication and collaboration ability.
