Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily management of international life service providers/institutions/MCNs, etc., including but not limited to institutional access, assessment, exit, risk control, etc., to ensure the daily operations of the institution 2. Based on the current situation of each country, evaluate the effectiveness of conventional incentive policies and special incentive activities, assist in optimization, and promote the growth of core indicators and the achievement of goals 3. Combined with business goals, conduct operational analysis of the current status of the organization's business, locate key issues, conduct in-depth analysis, propose improvement suggestions and promote solutions provide necessary daily operational support to enhance the organization's overall business capabilities 4. Based on the life service expert ecosystem, assist in collaborating with cross-department teams to promote experts to improve content quality and monetization capabilities, operate in compliance, and operate in a long-term manner 5. Collaborate with cross-department teams to promote and continuously optimize, iterate institutional operating tools, and improve institutional management efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than three years of experience in Internet transaction business/channel sales policy management 2. High self-motivation, goal-oriented, with systematic thinking, problem insight and problem-solving abilities 3. Possess industry analysis and summary capabilities, clear logic, and strong data analysis skills 4. Strong project operation capabilities, strong overall communication skills, and teamwork spirit 5.
