Service Engineer

Replacement - Service Engineer (Step 2-1) When it comes to the operation project: Leung, Chi-Kwan, is a Tier 1 network engineer who supports an eMPF project in operation phase (CAT-B, cloud infrastructure) 7x24 shift duty. The job is required to duty at customer office. This position supports the eMPF private cloud infrastructure, which was made available to Hong Kong citizens in June 2024. The eMPF CAT B platform is a back-to-back PCCW solution (BR $18 million annually (CAT B portion only). Additionally, this position makes it possible for the eMPF application team and DB team (CAT A) to be remotely controlled, which helps them develop eMPF applications and migrate data successfully. We are looking for a qualified individual to replace Leung, Chi-Kwan duty to cover tender requirement.
