Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for scientific and/or biopharmaceutical equipment
- Provide technical consultation to customers
- Respond to customers requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline
- Prepare service reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Bachelor in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical work experience in service/ maintenance
- Ideally process experience in similar industry (Scientific / Biopharmaceutical)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and a team player
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
- Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantage
