Service Engineer | On-site Testing, Fire Protection Training & Anchor Installation Expertise
This role focuses on on-site pull-out testing, fire protection training, and Hilti anchor installation guidance to support correct product use.
What You'll Do
Conduct anchor and rebar pull-out tests, including TAF-certified testing and general on-site testing
Test the tensile and torque performance of installed anchors and issue testing or certification reports
Deliver fire protection training sessions and presentations, explaining current regulations and practical applications
Guide customers on passive fire protection principles (e.g. fire compartmentation), regulations, certifications, and fire protection applications
Introduce proper selection of fire protection products and conduct hands-on training to ensure safe installation
Deliver Hilti anchor installation training, including product applications, classifications, and selection criteria
Explain different types of anchors and identify the most suitable anchor for various applications
Educate customers on correct installation principles and how to understand and follow installation manuals
What You'll Bring
Willingness and ability to perform field-based, physically demanding pull-out testing work
Ability to clearly explain technical content and deliver presentations or training sessions
Capability to understand and explain product applications, regulations, and installation requirements
Comfortable working with customers and providing professional technical support
