Job description
We are now seeking for ServiceEngineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a full spectrum of maintenance and facilities management duties
- Implement and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Responsible for testing and commissioning for the equipment operations
- Oversee spare parts inventory management and control to ensure the projects to be completed in timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary education in Building Services, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experiences in building management system and maintenance project
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Familiarity with sustainability practices
- Fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Engineer
