Service Delivery Manager (Cloud)

We are hiring a Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end IT operations across cloud and managed services environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Day-2 operations (Cloud, Network, Systems, Security)
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and manage incident, problem, and change processes
• Drive ITIL governance, compliance, and service improvements
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and customer engagement (MBR/QBR)
• Lead major incidents, DR scenarios, and operational readiness

Requirements

• 5–8 years in IT Service Delivery / Operations (cloud or managed services)
• Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and ITIL processes
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
• Exposure to governance/compliance (ISO27001 preferred)
