You will:
- Core Team Representative: Development Manager is the key role to represent platform engineering in the Core Team, collaborates with value chain including Program Manager, Product Management, Product Operation, Quality, Service and Supply Chain. Business Acumen: Apply strong business insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes to meet our customers needs.
- Manage Development Efforts: Oversee and coordinate development efforts across diverse engineering teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Vendor and Technical Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success.
- Schedule, budget and Quality: Lead and drive Engineering development to meet program schedule and quality goal within budget target
- Portfolio Mindset: You will drive solution and release readiness with a closed-loop focus on best practices across portfolios and business units.
Essential Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of related experience in a professional role
- Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability
- Solid understanding of business environment and competition
- Ability to manage, motivate and direct a cross functional workgroup; and drive successful negotiations
- Solid interpersonal and presentation skills
