Job Responsibilities

Server Firmware Validation & Testing
Focus on server firmware engineering with primary responsibility for BMC and/or RAS validation, ensuring firmware functionality, stability, and quality meet defined product and customer standards.
Test Planning & Design Review
Review product design specifications, NUDD documents, and related technical materials develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and validation strategies aligned with product requirements.
Test Execution & Quality Ownership
Execute, monitor, and manage firmware test activities own the quality of assigned programs, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis
Proactively identify, report, analyze, and track defects throughout the test lifecycle, working closely with cross‑functional teams to drive resolution and quality improvement.
Process Improvement & Automation Initiatives
Identify internal and industry test requirement standards and contribute to test automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and coverage.

Job Requirements

Education & Technical Foundation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered.
Server Firmware Testing Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in server firmware testing, particularly involving BMC or RAS functions experience in project coordination or management is an advantage.
Strong Technical & Troubleshooting Skills
Demonstrated ability to debug complex technical issues, analyze root causes, and resolve firmware‑related problems effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Testing & Automation Knowledge
Proven experience defining firmware test cases, tailoring test plans, and familiarity with test automation frameworks and implementation firmware development experience is a strong plus.
Learning Agility & Problem Anticipation
Ability to study open standards and emerging technologies, assess feasibility under tight deadlines, and proactively anticipate risks and mitigation strategies.
Collaboration & Communication Skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross‑functional teams, with strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Professional Attributes
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
